Coffee coffee coffee. My Saturday chant. I pretty much live off of caffeine for two reasons
1. I have chronic headaches and it keeps them away and
2. I have MS, which means I have no energy and will do almost anything to keep my energy levels up.
Does it help? Sometimes, sometimes not. But hey, what if coffee isn’t enough? Energy drinks? Hmm. Nope, I like my iced coffffeeee too much.
