Starbucks is now in the instant coffee business. Interesting. I may have to try it, just to see if it’s any good. I’ve actually had some okay’ish flavored instant coffees, but I really only like coffee with lots of milk. Iced. So I’m not sure how this could work out for me.
Senseo one cup makers have been recalled due to burn risks. To see if yours is one of the ones affected and for info on how to get a replacement go here: http://www.cpsc.gov/cpscpub/prerel/prhtml09/09194.html
I know that one of mine is recalled, my other is still packed so I need to dig it out. Lovely. Oh well, I still love them. Nobody is perfect and shhh I’ve been mostly cold brewing anyway.

In Malaysia as many as 9 coffee brands have been pulled from shelves when it was found they had dangerous chemicals in them — chemicals used to treat erectile dysfunction… I suppose that sound *cough* harmless enough except that if taken daily they have side effects and even cause death. I bet some guys are still not giving up said coffee if they have it in their houses. Story here.
