Yeah it’s another Amazon link, sorry. What can I say, besides an iced latte I usually have a book on my Kindle in progress and always window shop there for weird stuff. It was in one of my random click, click, click fests that I found these beads. I am tempted. I’ve not made jewelry in ages as it’s so tough on my hands now. But these beads are so fantastic they’re almost enough to make me consider working through the pains of it all. If only they smelled like coffee.

While I love my Toddy cold brewing piece of plastic, and let’s face it, that’s what it is — a piece of plastic, a filter, and a cork — I hate cleaning it.

Just so you know.

The Greater Atlanta McDonald’s Operators Association will give away one small coffee to customers between 5 a.m. and 8 a.m. at all participating stores in Metro Atlanta.

The freebie starts Dec. 1 and lasts until Dec. 31. The free cup of joe is available in the restaurant and at the drive-thru.

The Greater Atlanta McDonald’s Operators Association (GAMOA) represents more than 270 restaurants in the 45-county greater Atlanta area.
Story stolen from here. I guess the McDonalds owners in Atlanta REALLY like their customers?

Our locals Starbucks not only knows our names and orders but yesterday one of their employees announced, as we went to pay “It’s on me today, you guys are always in here”.  Awww they’re so good to us.  We are addicts.  Random acts of kindness rock. heh.

It can apparently buy you enough time to get away from a robber too.  A convenience store clerk threw two pots of coffee at a robber and then rant out of the store.  It apparently didn’t stop the robbery however.  Story here

Meth Coffee - Ok I get humor and I’m not easily offended, not so sure it’s wise to market coffee under the name of meth though.  As someone who has personally watched up close what meth does to a family, I don’t find meth funny at all.  I’m just lucky enough that the person I watched battle it survived and beat it and is meth free for quite some time now.   Trust me I do get the humour in it, and to each his own, I mean to imply your coffee is that strong, tee hee… But the full on marketting it like it’s well… meth… eh good for a gag gift but as a serious coffee?

Like your coffee?  Like your peanut butter?  Ever wanted to mix your two addictions?  Now you can.  P.B. Loco’s Peanut Butter with European Cafe Mocha is, in their words “An amazingly dee-lish blend of European chocolate, espresso and premium peanut butter. You will feel like you are in your favorite coffee bar. Only you will not be. You will be eating really really good peanut butter.”  16 oz = $6.95

They have several other interesting flavours but I think we’d all prefer coffee to sun died tomato PB *nods*
